Ideally this person has a great personality and an ability to sell a concept to a new customer. This person is persistent and constantly follows up to onboard a new customer.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role involves calling new customers and specifically involves:
· Calling prospects from the Zoho CRM system to discuss direct marketing letters and brochures sent to them by the Melbourne Marketing Team
· Liaising with QLD telemarketer about leads that come into the Zoho system from this program.
· Booking in a time to do a demonstration of the DIY Direct Mail platform
· Demonstrating how the DIY Direct Mail system works to businesses in Zoho
· Registering the new customers on the system and sending them a welcome pack.
· Onboarding the new customers and training them how to use the system.
