Customer Service Representative

Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.


  • At least 1-2 years customer service experience with Data Entry and Order Processing
  • Candidates with technical background is an advantage
  • Must have intermediate PC skills
  • Must have positive focus on customer service
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


  • Enter and process customer order in timely manner
  • Assisting customers and colleagues by providing product information, availability & pricing of items and quotations
  • Assist sales process – alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
  • Receives basic technical inquiries on products
  • Provides solutions for customers inquiries
  • Strive to provide a high level of customer service to our clients
