Job Responsibilities:

·        Provides full support and assistance in carrying out secretarial and administrative tasks for all AU department managers.

·        Data analyse and preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports

·        Maintains calendar, arranges meetings and appointments and provides reminders

·        Compiles and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence

·        Develops and carries out an efficient documentation

·        Manages databases and filing systems

·        Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients

·        Fulfils any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the company.

·        Assists with projects as required


·        At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

·        Advanced use in Microsoft Office Word, Excel (such as pivot table, Vlookup, macro and etc) and PowerPoint

·        Strong reporting/data analyzation skills

·        Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

·        Good time management skills

·        Excellent organization & interpersonal skills

·        High attention to details 

  • Ability to work independently and multi - task
