Key competencies include:


·        Graphic design tertiary qualification

·        2-3 years' proven experience in a similar position

·        Proven skills in using Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat and Illustrator

·        Understanding of pre-press and print production, be able to supply working files according to specifications

·        Ability to design and create EDMs (electronic direct mail) on email platforms (eg, Klayvio, Mail Chimp or Campaign Monitor)

·        Correct use of company brand identity guidelines, achieving overall consistency for each job

·        Good verbal and written communication skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

·        Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task.

·        Creative thinker

·        Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team

·        High accuracy, attention to detail and quality control

·        Web Design skills an advantageous

·        Good working knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite

·        WordPress

·        Responsive Web Design

·        HTML and CSS coding

·        Excellent knowledge of UI/UX web standards and best practices, and experience with creating UX interfaces

·        Demonstrated understanding of UI workflow tools and frameworks, and systems development and front end testing methodologies

·        Good verbal and written communication skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

·        Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task.

·        Creative thinker

·        Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team

·        High accuracy, attention to detail and quality control

·        SEO, Google Analytics and Adwords experience an advantage

·        Advanced understanding of Search Engine Optimisation strategies

·        Develop, implement and manage digital strategies that include SEO and PPC

·        Ensure websites are optimised to provide excellent conversion results and search engine visibility.

·        Monitor and evaluate search results across all search channels

·        Reporting and meeting client challenges.

·        Knowledge of digital pay per click, and pay per view strategies, and experience working with Google Adwords and Google Analytics

·        Experience with WordPress


·        Good verbal and written communication skills
