  • Provides full support and assistance in carrying out secretarial and administrative tasks for the SCM manager
  • Data analyse and preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Maintains calendar, arranges meetings and appointments and provides reminders
  • Compiles and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Develops and carries out an efficient documentation
  • Manages databases and filing systems
  • Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Fulfills any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the SCM team
  • Assists with projects as required
