  • Assist and support sales team in achieving company sales outcomes and goals
  • Answer and respond to customer sales needs and objectives via phone or email
  • Maintain and monitor customer databases
  • Organize and manage customer and prospect events
  • Coordinate between sales and supply chain departments.
  • Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales team
  • Prepare reports as per request
  • Fulfills any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of sales team or direct manager
